TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR YOUR SITE
Welcome to MWilkins Photo. By accessing this website or booking services with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon deadline, typically 7 days prior to your session or 30 days before a wedding.
Payment plans are available upon request but must be finalized in writing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made by the client are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding the non-refundable retainer) if canceled more than 30 days before the session.
Cancellations less than 30 days from the session date are not eligible for a refund.
Sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if done more than 72 hours in advance.
Weather-related postponements for outdoor sessions (e.g., heavy rain, high winds) will be accommodated to the best of our availability.
3. Artistic Style & Creative License
By booking with MWilkins Photo, you acknowledge and trust our artistic judgment and editing style.
Final images are selected and edited at the photographer’s discretion. RAW files are not included or released.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Lifestyle sessions are typically delivered within 3 weeks.
Wedding galleries are delivered within 6–8 weeks.
Delivery will be via an online gallery, with download access provided for a limited time. USBs and prints may be purchased separately or as part of your package.
5. Copyright & Usage
MWilkins Photo retains copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their images for non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited by third parties. Social media sharing must include proper credit (@mwilkinsphoto).
6. Model Release
By agreeing to these terms, you grant MWilkins Photo permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes. If you prefer privacy, you may opt out by submitting a written request prior to your session.
7. Liability
MWilkins Photo is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the session.
In the unlikely event of photographer illness, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
8. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, dressed and prepared.
Additional time due to late arrivals may not be granted or may incur an additional fee.
9. Changes to These Terms
MWilkins Photo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this site and services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
